The vast majority of entries are uploaded within a few hours but it can take up to a week depending on the current workload. Entries submitted on weekends and bank holidays will be logged the next working day.

The
Standard Entry One
time only admin charge of £10
/ $20*
Description: This
is the type of entry you will see on nearly every page
of the directory and consists of a link to your web site,
a title and a description. To maintain the high standards
of EntsWeb, every web site submitted is manually checked
for suitability before we add the linking code to the
directory.
Advantages:
Once
accepted you can stay in the directory for as long
as you want to without further cost but with the proviso that your web site
continues to meet certain conditions.
There
is no annual fee

Standard
entries appear on almost every links page in the EntsWeb
directory and consist of a link to your web site, a
title and a description.
This
is another Standard EntryUK Area Served: North Wales
Once
checked and added into the directory listings, Standard
Entries stay in place and do not need to be renewed.
This
type of entry cannot be added to the directory under
categories which, in our opinion, do not match with
the content of the linked web site. For instance a
Comedian cannot be listed under Caterers. We will choose
the appropriate category should we judge there is a mismatch and in the event of a disagreement over the selected category, a refund will be offered and the entry deleted.
Web
sites which cause third party pop up ads to appear
will not be accepted.
Your
web site must be entertainment, music or leisure related.
No
contact information may be published other than the
site link.
The
entry title must be your business, stage or trading
name.
Once
uploaded, you have two weeks to make
corrections or amendments to your entry. After this time no further
changes
can be made to the entry but it can
be replaced by a new entry for which a further admin
charge will
apply.
Positioning:
An
alphabetically ordered group below the Card entries if
any.
Price There is NO annual
fee but there is a one off non-refundable
admin charge of GB£10
/ US$20 This one small payment gets you listed
for life (see Restrictions) or
for as long as your web site continues to meet the required
criteria. The admin fee partially covers the cost
of managing submitted web sites links. This includes initially
verifying submitted sites for suitability, regularly checking
that links are live and confirming listed web sites continue
to conform to the rules of entry shown here.
The admin fee is non-refundable so it is wise for anyone
submitting
a site to first check that site for compliance with the
rules set out above.

same as the e.Card in that it displays your business & contact
names, postal address, telephone, mobile & fax numbers
and e-mail address but added to this is a longer description
and your logo or a photograph.
Advantages:

Record Card page shows up in our on-site search results
rather that the directory page you are listed on.
You
get listed above the Standard, Bold, Button Box and
e.Card entries
All
your contact details are listed so a potential client/booker
need look no further.
Your
web site must be entertainment, music or leisure related.
Record
Cards can be recognised as individual pages by other
search engines and directories
Because
of its format the Record Card will not only act as
an EntsWeb Directory entry but also as a doorway page
to your site.
This
is a Record Card. It is similar to the Guaranteed
Position entry but without a border. It is
guaranteed to be listed above e.cards, bold
entries and standard entries. Record Cards
are sorted alphabetically. It will show up
in searches and can be separately submitted
to other search engines. Click
the link to order.
This type of link cannot be added to the directory under categories which,
in our opinion, do not match with the content of the linked web site. For
instance a Comedian cannot be listed under Event Management. To overcome
this restriction you can take an ad in the form of a banner or button rather
than a directory entry.

Description: A
Guaranteed Position is a boxed Record
Card in one of the top twenty positions. They display
your business & contact names, postal address, telephone,
mobile, fax numbers, e-mail address, description and
your logo or a photograph.
Advantages:
Locked
position on the page (or in the section) from first
to twentieth place. You can only move up within your group never down.
Any entry within the top five has the potential to automatically rise to top of the page. With best of first to fifth place: If an entry above you expires or is removed then your entry automatically moves up one space and is locked into the new higher position.
With best of sixth to twentieth place: If an entry above you expires or is removed then your entry automatically moves up one space and is locked into the new higher position. If any of the positions from one to five become available they will be allocated on a first come first served basis.
Your
entry shows up in on-site search results rather
